I am suffering from sinusitis problems for 20 years. Get a lot of treatment for this. Ayurvedic, Yunani, Allopathic extra. weekly 4 to 5 days facing this problem. when I suffer from this, am not interested in work, not interested talk with anybody. According to his suggestion, I regularly attend yoga classes and practice yoga systematically .with in 3 months cured of sinusitis. and now I am very well and I became a trainer in yoga. I attended yoga classes regularly and get the ability to teach yoga to others.
Just two years back, I am sharing my experience with my disease. I am working as a financial advisor, always in a marketing place, consulting the people and explaining my financial product and influencing them for investment. If they agree to invest in filling out the form and submitting the same to my office, it is my nature work. Daily I approach 20to 25 people and covered long distances with my two-wheelers.
But two years back, suddenly I am not able to go outside of my home, not interested to work, always tired, and sad. angrily. Then decide to consult the doctor about this. He has noticed me, that attacked Diabetes and if neglect this, in the future, facing some other serious problems. Then he suggests 40 mg tablets 3 times.
Actually, it irritated me tablets consuming, then consult my yoga guru[yoga teacher], According to his suggestion, woke-up 4 am in the morning, and practice pranayama[technique of breathing or yoga for breathing]. After the woke up in the morning, finished all my daily routine, then practiced pranayama, and did yoga. for 15 on days regular basis. after 15 days checked my diabetes in the nearest laboratory, and it is normal. After I leave consuming tablets. Next 3rd month, consult my physician.
I AM FREE FROM DIABETES
He checked my health, noticed me I am free from Diabetes, and suggest to continue the tablet. I refused to consume tablets and for three months, not consuming any tablets, only doing yoga. He is very surprised and suggests going for only yoga. so It is all possible from yoga.
According to my experience, yoga practice is a little difficult without a guru[teacher], Because yoga is related to systematic body bending, and practice postures. Breathing is very important when practicing yoga. some postures start from inhaling and some postures start from exhaling. you should know when to inhale and when to exhale.
In some postures, you should not be breathing. At the time of the body bending, you should know how are you bending, and how much you bend your body. and you should know how many times you keep breathing.
