if regularly, and systematically practice yoga, you shall not be moved by the greatest sorrow. yogi achieved it. the real meaning of yoga is -a deliverance from contact with pain and sorrow.

It is possible only through systematic yoga. if you practiced yoga systematically, you win your inner peace and happiness.

yogaMY OWN EXPERIENCE.

I am suffering from sinusitis problems for 20 years.  Get a lot of treatment for this. Ayurvedic, Yunani, Allopathic extra. weekly 4 to 5 days facing this problem. when I suffer from this, am not interested in work, not interested talk with anybody. If anybody speaks, that time my behavior becomes angry, and avoid people from talking with me.

That time went to my neighbor’s house, who is a close relative to me, he is an elder, and got a suggestion from him for yoga classes.  He teaches me what is the benefits of yoga, How to prepare for practice, when, what time for suitable for yoga, and How to practice it. what is the system, what is the formula for practice, where I am going to practice, what to do, and what not to do in yoga practice?

What is the importance of breathing in yoga practice? How to breathe? everything he explained.

According to his suggestion, I regularly attend yoga classes and practice yoga systematically .with in 3 months cured of sinusitis. and now I am very well and I became a trainer in yoga. I attended yoga classes regularly and get the ability to teach yoga to others.

EXPERIENCE- 2

Just two years back, I am sharing my experience with my disease. I am working as a financial advisor, always in a marketing place, consulting the people and explaining my financial product and influencing them for investment. If they agree to invest in filling out the form and submitting the same to my office, it is my nature work. Daily I approach 20to 25 people and covered long distances with my two-wheelers.

But two years back, suddenly I am not able to go outside of my home, not interested to work, always tired, and sad. angrily. Then decide to consult the doctor about this. He has noticed me, that attacked Diabetes and if neglect this, in the future, facing some other serious problems. Then he suggests 40 mg tablets  3 times.

Actually, it irritated me tablets consuming, then consult my yoga guru[yoga teacher], According to his suggestion,  woke-up 4 am in the morning, and practice pranayama[technique of breathing or yoga for breathing]. After the woke up in the morning,  finished all my daily routine, then practiced pranayama, and did yoga. for 15 on days regular basis. after 15 days checked my diabetes in the nearest laboratory, and it is normal. After I leave consuming tablets. Next 3rd month, consult my physician.

I AM FREE FROM DIABETES

He checked my health, noticed me I am free from Diabetes, and suggest to continue the tablet. I refused to consume tablets and for three months, not consuming any tablets, only doing yoga. He is very surprised and suggests going for only yoga. so It is all possible from yoga.

According to my experience, yoga practice is a little difficult without a guru[teacher], Because yoga is related to systematic body bending, and practice postures. Breathing is very important when practicing yoga. some postures start from inhaling and some postures start from exhaling. you should know when to inhale and when to exhale.

In some postures, you should not be breathing. At the time of the body bending, you should know how are you bending, and how much you bend your body. and you should know how many times you keep breathing.

For all the above, you can’t practice through books. Because yoga is a practical subject, not the article. For all these questions I suggest you one solution. That is the HD VIDEO COURSE.

  1. I have wanted to do yoga for many decades. I am 83 years old. I have exercised strongly including weight lifting. I always ha could muscle tone and good strength. As of today I have lost all muscle tone. This saddens me I do not feel as good and strong as I did before. Is it possible to learn yoga to gain muscle tone. I had no idea my body would end up this way. It feels so limp. I took ballet in my child to young adults years. People were impressed with my walk. So was I. My doc tells me I am his healthiest diabetic because I keep it under control. I have escaped going back to the gym. I had two low back surgeries in 1993. All trainers are not the same. I am the only one that looks out for my back.I think yoga is the thing to bring my body back to muscle tone and strength. My problem preventing me to go forward is that I know all yoga instructors are not the same. I do not want any more muscle or bony injuries. So , I do nothing, and this does not satisfy me. Can you give me a referral to a yoga instructor living in Manatee County Florida, city of Bradenton. Like I said I have diabetics under control. My doctor says I am his healthiest geriatric patient. I do not have any other health issues. I feel like a lump of jelly.🤔👍🙏I have the will, but I have lost my way.🙄

      I am very happy with your interest, keeping good health. You are 83 old, Don’t worry. Yoga is not restricted to age, Gender, Country. Once again I appreciate your will to learn yoga in this age. I suggest that, Don’t do any heavy yoga. In yoga 3 main categories. slow, medium, fast. What you are doing, do it in slow motion, jumping, running, Heavyweight lifting, and shirshasana not allowed this age.
      and you told about, you did two surgeries 18 years back and you are the healthiest diabetic, according to your doctor. It is fine. don’ t neglect your doctor’s advice, and continue the walk.
      I don’t give you assurance about, yoga gives you all your health back, yoga aim is avoiding the unhealthy. But you have some willing power. That is one plus point. below I suggest some postures of yoga. You can try.
      ONCE AGAIN I SUGGEST DON’T DO HEVEY, WHEN YOU TIRED AT THE TIME OF PRACTICE, TAKE REST FOR 5-10 MINUTES AND CONTINUE.
      • Vrikshasana (Tree Pose)
      • Virabhadrasana 1 (Warrior 1 Pose)
      • Trikonasana (Triangle Pose)
      • Sethu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose)
      • Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose]
      And try for some exercises related to back improvement, back and front bending, side bending, and straight stretching exercises.
      One more I suggest that really if you want to yoga practice, GET YOUR DOCTOR SUGGETION BEFORE PRACTICE BECAUSE YOU DID TWO SURGERIES LONG BACK.
